My Role
Project manager directly with the client and specifically I was responsible for the user experience part, finding solutions for this product and building the front end of the site and managing the team members of the developers.
Problem Statement
Despite having a successful track record and a great business precedent over the years, Meamar Makkah faced challenges with their outdated website. The old website failed to reflect the unique value proposition and the exceptional housing experience that the company provides. It didn't effectively highlight their strategic locations, distinctive designs, and the strong infrastructure and amenities surrounding their properties. The website also lacked a professional and modern look, which hindered Meamar Makkah's efforts to attract potential buyers and enhance their online presence. The company recognized the need to revamp their website to align with their brand image and engage with a wider audience effectively.
